We thought if we laid it and let it "rest" that the pieces would click. They did not. We ended up taking up the entire floor. We boxed up the uncut pieces but unfortunately had thrown away some of the boxes. Home Depot gave us our money back on 13 of the 21 boxes.

Home Legend concluded that is was a bad installation by Home Depot. Home Depot concluded that it was not , period. We had to replace floors at our own cost. Floors made noise unsatisfactory to customer and upon consumer request manufacturer sent inspector out.
Some of the reasons listed included things that had nothing to do with install at all, such as how humid the house is kept. The customers house humidity at the time of inspection was above the range of recommendations for humidity, yet inspector deemed the problem an installation problem.
